US Duct offers more options: Clamp Together Duct, Flange Ducting, Airtight Tubing and Spiral Duct
No other duct manufacturer understands more about putting a working duct system together, tailoring it to the customers current and future needs, communicating how to install it, then manufacturing it correctly and delivering it on time. US Duct has worked in and with the industry for years and they know how to make it all work for you.

Clamp Together Duct
US Duct Laser Welded Clamp Together Ducting (CTD) is a ducting system that incorporates a gasketed, over-center clamp to draw together and seal the rolled lip formed on the end of ALL components. US Duct Clamp Together Duct is Rolled Lip Ducting that is compatible with all major brands of quick, rolled-lip, connecting ducting.
The system is available in galvanized and SS material. Standard gauges range from 18-24 gauge with the rolled lip formed directly onto the pipe- as an integral part of the pipe. The system is also available in gauges up to 10 gauge. In this configuration a separate collar is used on the end of the pipe and fitted to the pipe the same as if it were a fitting.

Flanged Duct
US Duct provides duct with flanges (also called angle rings or angle flanges) in black iron, galvanized or stainless steel (SS) and with or without holes. The duct to which these flanges are attached it available in sizes 3″ and up, and also in black iron, galvanized or SS. Construction methods range from laser welded pipe and mechanically lock elbows in lighter gauges to fully welded product in heavy gauge (even up to 1/4″)—all depending upon the application.

Air Tight Tubing Style Ducting
US Tubing is a laser welded, airtight duct in a clamp connection style. If you are familiar with popular European tubing products, you’ll understand the value of a truly strong, airtight clamping connection. Because our tubing product is made right here in the USA – there are no overseas shipping delays and you can get even custom products in days – not weeks.

Spiral Ducting
Where most other types of ducting are formed from sheet metal, spiral duct pipe is formed from a coil of metal into a rigid steel tube with a 4-ply spiral lock seam. It has relatively smooth interior for low friction loss with the grooved seam entirely on the outside. Typically, spiral duct is available in any length and although longer lengths of pipe do reduce the number of connections that need to be made during installation, the cost of shipping such long sections may make it more expensive to deliver. Pipe sections can be joined together by using inset-off-set with barrel clamp, standard spiral pipe connectors, sheet metal screws or special angle rings.
